Part 7 — Picture Story
Write a short story of 35 words or more based on three pictures. You must write about all three pictures.
Strategy
- Look at all three pictures before you start to understand the whole story.
- Write at least one sentence for each picture.
- Use linking words like 'and', 'but', 'then', and 'because' to connect your ideas.
- Usually it's easiest to write the story in the past tense (e.g. 'Tom went to the park. He saw a dog...').
- Time: about 10 minutes
