Days of the Week (Parte 1)

Los días laborables en inglés siempre se escriben con mayúscula inicial.

miércoles	Wednesday	She goes to class on Wednesday.
jueves	Thursday	They study English on Thursday.

Regla gramatical: Para decir "el lunes", "el martes", etc., usamos la preposición on (on Monday, on Tuesday). ¡Nunca usamos "the"!

Viernes, el fin de semana y su uso correcto.

Consejo de uso: Decimos at the weekend en inglés británico o on the weekend en inglés americano.

Regla clave — ON + Días de la semana

Para decir "el lunes", "los martes", etc. usamos la preposición ON.

¡Cuidado! Nunca digas "~~the Monday~~". En inglés decimos on Monday.

Partes del día — In vs At

Usamos in the para la mañana/tarde/noche, pero AT night.

Días relativos — Today, Tomorrow, Yesterday

Expresiones fundamentales para ubicar eventos en el tiempo.

Tomorrow	Mañana	Tomorrow is Tuesday.
Yesterday	Ayer	Yesterday was Sunday.
Yesterday morning	Ayer por la mañana	Yesterday morning I played tennis.
Tomorrow night	Mañana por la noche	Tomorrow night we have dinner.

¡Ojo con el tiempo verbal! Con yesterday usamos pasado (was/verbo en pasado), y con today o tomorrow usamos presente o futuro.

Los Meses del Año — Months (Preposición IN)

Para los meses del año usamos la preposición IN y siempre van en mayúscula.

Las Estaciones del Año — Seasons

Usamos IN para las estaciones del año.

Preposiciones de tiempo — Matriz ON / IN / AT
