El Viaje (Travel)

El verbo IR (To go)
IR is one of the most irregular verbs in Spanish. Memorize it!

IR + A + Place
To say you are going TO a place, use IR followed by "a" (to).
Rule
If the place is masculine, A + EL = AL.
voy a + el aeropuerto = voy al aeropuerto

IR + A + Infinitivo (Future)
To say you are "going TO DO" something in the future, use the same formula but with an action (infinitive verb).
Formula
[IR conjugated] + a + [Infinitive Verb]
I am going to travel -> Voy a viajar.
