Sentence Reorder

HAY & Prepositions

HAY [eye] (There is / There are)

Hay un gato. (There is a cat.)

Hay tres libros. (There are three books.)

Prepositions of Place

en = in/on

sobre = on/over

debajo de = under

al lado de = next to

delante de = in front of

detrás de = behind

Past Tense (Pretérito)

For completed actions in the past.

Regular Endings

-AR: é, aste, ó, amos, aron

-ER/-IR: í, iste, ió, imos, ieron

Common Irregulars (No accents!)

ir/ser: fui, fuiste, fue...

tener: tuve, tuviste, tuvo...

hacer: hice, hiciste, hizo...

estar: estuve, estuviste, estuvo...
