No nível B2 você domina formas futuras complexas para descrever ações em andamento no futuro, ações concluídas antes de um momento futuro e agendamentos oficiais.
Uso Principal
Ação que estará em andamento num momento específico do futuro.
Exemplo 1
This time tomorrow, I will be flying to London. (estarei no avião)
Exemplo 2
Don't phone at 8 pm — we will be having dinner. (estaremos a jantar)
Future Perfect: Will have + Past Participle
Uso Principal
Ação que estará concluída antes de um determinado momento futuro.
Marcador Temporal
Usa-se frequentemente com a preposição by (até / antes de): By 2030, scientists will have developed new cures.
Exemplo 2
She will have finished the report by 5 pm. (o relatório estará pronto antes das 17h)
Estar Prestes a / Agendamento: Be about to / Be due to
Be about to + verbo
Ação imediata/iminente no futuro muito próximo: Hurry up! The train is about to leave.
Be due to + verbo
Ação agendada ou com horário previsto formal: The flight is due to arrive at 14:30.
Importante: A preposição 'by' em expressões como 'by next week' é o sinal definitivo para usar o Future Perfect ('will have done'). Não use o presente simples nem o futuro simples nesses contextos.
Erros comuns de falantes de português
By next month I will finish the course.
→
By next month I will have finished the course.
Com 'by + tempo futuro', use o Future Perfect.
I am about to leaving.
→
I am about to leave.
Após 'be about to', use a forma base do verbo (infinitivo).
Tomorrow at 3 pm I will work.
→
Tomorrow at 3 pm I will be working.
Para ações em andamento num momento futuro exato, use Future Continuous.
When I will arrive, I will call you.
→
When I arrive, I will call you.
Na cláusula temporal com 'when', use o presente simples.
